Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
- Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Products returned without valid reason (i.e., not damaged/defective) or beyond the 7-day return window will not be eligible for refund.
